Where is a good outlet to shop at or a site that lists outlets?

I want an outlet that sells Shoes and jackets/hoodies thats cheap and doesnt have funky designs. I also don’t want cliques attached to them like nike, hollister or any of that stuff. I live in San Francisco but I can probably drive to the outlet. Something like Walmart is good, except it doesn’t have too much of a selection. Or at least I don’t think it does. I’ve never went there. If you can’t name a store for me, do you know of a site that can help me search for outlets? I’ll look at their selections through the site.
